Week 1 Day 1

For week 1 I am going to record what I eat, but make no changes in my diet.  By doing this I hope to find my biggest pitfalls, which I strongly suspect are chocolate and cereal.

* 2 pieces cinnamon apple coffee cake
* 1/2 cup coffee with creamer and 2 Splendas
* 2 bowls cereal with skim milk
* 1 large bag chocolate covered almonds
* 1 pita pocket
* Greek salad
* 1 slice cinnamon bread
* 1 tube white cheddar Pringles
