Last Thursday of 2010

Today I am in day 4 of a flare, so I didn't get in any exercise. This is what I ate today:

Ritz Crackers
Grapes
3 pieces Pizza
Ice Cream Snickers Bar
Latte

About my Weight Struggles

I have rarely been happy with my weight. In 2000 I topped out at nearly 300 pounds and at a tight size 26. The road to weight loss was long and hard, but in 2008 I was 150 pounds and a size 12. It was then that I finally became happy with my body. Now in 2019 I am struggling with my weight once again. Since 2009 I've become physically disabled, which makes it hard to exercise. The medications I was on shot my weight back up again. I am off those medications now and I am determined to get my weight back where it should be for the following reasons:

1) It will increase my fertility and I desperately want to be a mommy.

2) I hope to prevent diabetes, which runs in my family; in addition I'm at a higher risk because of my other health problems.

3) I want to be healthy for myself, my DH, and my future children.

4) The better shape I'm in the better I can deal with my disabilities.

5) I want to stay out of a wheelchair full-time as long as possible.
