We don't have much to eat, so we are eating the little bit of food we got from commodities.  At least we aren't going hungry!

Today

We got commodities today.  Our haul was mainly chocolate and yogurt with a little bit of soda and juice.  This is very disappointing, as we really needed it to make meals.

Lost 19 pounds (Victory shall be mine!)

                                 
I went to my doctor the other day and was excited to learn I have lost 19 pounds!  I need to get back on track journalling what I eat.  I have been eating too much ice cream, chocolate, and pizza.  My first goal is to eat less chocolate.  Then I'll cut down on pizza, and then on ice cream.  Right now ice cream is the hardest for me, so I want to have two "victories" under my shrinking belt before I tackle it.

Saturday (yesterday):

1 low-fat yogurt
1 bowl bran cereal with skim milk
turkey
cheese
2 pieces wheat bread
grapes
Pringles




Sunday (today):

1 bowl bran cereal with skim milk
1 yogurt
Pringles
ice cream
3 slices sausage and pepperoni pizza
