Lost 19 pounds (Victory shall be mine!)

                                 
I went to my doctor the other day and was excited to learn I have lost 19 pounds!  I need to get back on track journalling what I eat.  I have been eating too much ice cream, chocolate, and pizza.  My first goal is to eat less chocolate.  Then I'll cut down on pizza, and then on ice cream.  Right now ice cream is the hardest for me, so I want to have two "victories" under my shrinking belt before I tackle it.

Saturday (yesterday):

1 low-fat yogurt
1 bowl bran cereal with skim milk
turkey
cheese
2 pieces wheat bread
grapes
Pringles




Sunday (today):

1 bowl bran cereal with skim milk
1 yogurt
Pringles
ice cream
3 slices sausage and pepperoni pizza
